Service Charges

Inclement Weather Arrangements

Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above – Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • Signal cancelled before 9:30 AM: All appointments proceed as scheduled.
  • Signal cancelled between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM: Appointments within 2 hours of signal cancellation are cancelled; appointments after 2 hours proceed as scheduled.
  • Signal cancelled after 5:30 PM: ALL appointments for the day are cancelled.
  • Signal issued during operating hours: ALL subsequent appointments are cancelled upon the Hong Kong Observatory’s warning announcement.

Customer Service and Support

There will be no refunds for activities cancelled due to bad weather, but you can reschedule for another date.
