• 📅 Date: Monday to Sunday
• 🕒 Sessions: 13:15–14:15 / 15:45–16:45 / 18:15–19:15
• 👥 Capacity: 4 groups per session, dedicated tech guidance
• 📍 Location: Tiny Steam Factory, Shop 311, 2/F–3/F, Kai Tak Retail Mall (Kai Tak Sports Park)

Participation Fee

👨👩👧 Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. One participant may be accompanied by one parent. Recommended for ages 6 and above.
Accompanying/co-playing add-on fee: +HKD $30 (must be booked together with the main participant).

• ⚙️ Design your own bus at the Kiosk
• ⚙️ Activate the controls and watch naked-eye 3D technology show the bus body production process
• ⚙️ Use interactive game technology to simulate spray painting and color the body
• ⚙️ The automated large robotic arm selects the required parts according to preset parameters
• ⚙️ Parts are transported via conveyor belt to the small robotic arm
• ⚙️ The small robotic arm assembles the parts to complete the bus
• ⚙️ Use UV printing technology to create the bus body graphics
• ⚙️ Laser engrave your personalized license plate
• ⚙️ Use holographic projection technology to take a photo and create your commemorative driver’s license

Terms and Conditions

• 1. Every participant under 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or above (e.g. parent or guardian). Participants without an accompanying adult will be refused entry.
• 2. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to join the workshop.
• 3. Once the entry date and time are confirmed, no changes of any kind will be accepted. After payment, this product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• 4. Vouchers are only valid within the valid period and will be void after expiry.
• 5. Each voucher can be used only once.
• 6. Vouchers must be presented and used before payment. Late presentation will not be accepted.
• 7. Vouchers cannot be used to pay any deposit.
• 8. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• 9. Photocopied or damaged vouchers are invalid.
• 10. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and only one voucher can be used per transaction.

• 12. Activities cancelled due to severe weather will not be refunded, but you may contact customer service via WhatsApp (+852 5633 2221) or email (cs@tiny.com.hk) to reschedule to another date.
• 13. In case of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions or other matters, Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
• 14. Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to suspend or terminate the relevant arrangements at any time without prior notice.
• 15. To ensure safety and experience quality, participants who wish to bring pets must form a group of 4–6 people and make a reservation in advance by email (info.tinysteamfactory@tinymemory.hk). Participants who bring pets without prior email approval will be refused entry.
• 16. Other vehicle-themed workshops may take place at the venue at the same time. Once the reservation is confirmed, participants must take part in the workshop for the selected vehicle type and may not request a change of vehicle type or workshop content on site.
• 17. Due to mechanical failures, scheduled maintenance, or other unforeseen and uncontrollable factors, some parts of the experience may be temporarily changed, adjusted, suspended, or cancelled without prior notice. Please refer to the actual situation at the store on the day. Participants may not request rescheduling or refunds for such reasons.
• 18. The model bus is available in multiple colors (including limited colors). Due to supply chain, production, and inventory conditions, some colors may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. This falls within normal commercial risk and is not grounds for rescheduling or refunds.
