👨👩👧 Each participant under 12 must be accompanied by up to one parent. The accompanying parent enters free of charge!

Terms and Conditions

• 1. Every participant under the age of 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or above, such as a parent or guardian. Participants without an accompanying adult will be refused entry.

  2. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to enter the workshop.

  3. Once the date and time of entry are confirmed, no changes will be accepted for any reason or by any means. Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after successful payment.

  4. Vouchers are valid only during their stated validity period and will become void after expiry.

  5. Each voucher may be used once only.

  6. Vouchers must be presented and used before payment; expired vouchers will not be accepted.

  7. Vouchers cannot be used to pay any deposit.

  8. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  9. Photocopied or damaged vouchers are invalid.

  10. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.

  11. The online reservation system will close three hours before each workshop begins. For real-time availability or walk-in registration, please call Tiny Steam Factory at +852 4486 5690. Our team will arrange a wonderful experience for you.

  12. Activities cancelled because of severe weather are non-refundable. Please contact customer service via WhatsApp (+852 5633 2221) or email (cs@tiny.com.hk) to reschedule for another date.

  13. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions or other matters, Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

  14. Tiny Steam Factory may revise these terms and conditions, or suspend or terminate related arrangements, at any time without prior notice.

  15. To ensure safety and a smooth experience, participants wishing to bring pets must form a group of 4–6 people and make a reservation by email at info.tinysteamfactory@tinymemory.hk. Pets brought without prior email approval will not be admitted.

  16. Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable factors, including equipment malfunctions and scheduled maintenance, certain parts of the experience may be changed, adjusted, suspended, or cancelled without prior notice. Please refer to on-site arrangements on the day. Participants may not request rescheduling or refunds on these grounds.
