👨👩👧 Each participant aged under 12 must be accompanied by up to 1 parent/guardian. The accompanying parent/guardian is free of charge!

Terms and Conditions

• 1. Each participant under the age of 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or above (e.g., a parent or legal guardian). Participants without an accompanying adult will be refused entry.
• 2. Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to enter the workshop.
• 3. Once the entry date and time are confirmed, no changes will be accepted for any reason or in any form. After successful payment, this product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• 4. The voucher is valid only within the validity period. Expired vouchers are void.
• 5. Each voucher can be used once only.
• 6. The voucher must be presented and used before payment. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• 7. The voucher cannot be used to pay any deposit.
• 8. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other gifts, and no returns or exchanges are available.
• 9. Photocopied or damaged vouchers will be deemed invalid.
• 10. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, and only one voucher can be used per transaction.
• 11. The online booking system will temporarily close 3 hours before the workshop starts. For last-minute availability or walk-in registration, please call Tiny Steam Factory (+852 4486 5690).
• 12. Activities cancelled due to inclement weather are non-refundable. Please contact customer service to reschedule via WhatsApp (+852 5633 2221) or email (cs@tiny.com.hk).
• 13. In case of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions or other matters, Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
• 14. Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions, or to suspend/terminate related arrangements at any time without prior notice.
• 15. For safety and experience reasons, participants who wish to bring pets must form a group of 4–6 people and make an appointment by email (info.tinysteamfactory@tinymemory.hk). Visitors who bring pets without email approval will be refused entry.
• 16. Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable factors such as mechanical breakdowns and scheduled maintenance, certain parts of the experience may be changed, adjusted, suspended, or cancelled without prior notice. Please refer to the actual on-site arrangements on the day. Participants may not request rescheduling or refunds on this basis.
