Terms and Conditions

• 1. Each participant under the age of 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult over the age of 18 (e.g., a parent or guardian). Participants without adult accompaniment will be refused entry.
• 2. Participants who are more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to enter the workshop.
• 3. Once the admission date and time are confirmed, no changes will be accepted for any reason or in any way. This product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable after successful payment. Please be aware of this.
• 4. The voucher is valid only within its validity period and will be invalid after the expiration date.
• 5. Each voucher can only be used once.
• 6. The voucher must be presented and used before payment; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
• 7. Vouchers cannot be used to pay any deposit.
• 8. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts, and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• 9. Photocopies or damaged documents are considered invalid.
• 10. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and only one voucher can be used at a time.

• 13. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions or other matters, Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
• 14. Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, or to suspend or terminate related arrangements without prior notice.
• 15. To ensure safety and a positive experience, participants who wish to bring pets must form a group of 4-6 people and make an appointment via email (info.tinysteamfactory@tinymemory.hk). Pets brought without prior email application will be refused entry.
  
• 16. Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable factors such as mechanical failures and fixed maintenance periods, some parts of the event may be temporarily changed, adjusted, suspended, or canceled. No further notice will be given regarding the arrangements. Please refer to the actual situation at the store on the day. We appreciate your understanding. Participants cannot request rescheduling or refunds due to these circumstances.
  
• 17. The model car offers a variety of color options (including limited edition colors). Due to supply chain, production and inventory conditions, color supply may be out of stock or temporarily suspended. This is within the scope of normal business risks, and participants cannot request rescheduling or refunds for this reason.
