Terms and Conditions

• 1. Each participant under the age of 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult (e.g. parent or guardian) over the age of 18. Participants who are not accompanied by an adult will be denied entry.
• 2. Participants who are more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to enter the workshop.
• 3. Once the entry date and time are confirmed, no changes will be accepted for any reason or method. Please note that this product cannot be returned or exchanged after payment is successful.
• 4. The voucher can only be used within the validity period and will be invalid after the expiration date.
• 5. Each voucher can only be used once.
• 6. The voucher must be presented and used before payment. Late receipts will not be accepted.
• 7. The voucher cannot be used to pay any deposit.
• 8. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts and is not returnable or exchangeable.
• 9. Photocopied or damaged vouchers will be deemed invalid.
• 10. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and only one voucher can be used at a time.

• 12. No refund will be given for activities cancelled due to bad weather, but you can contact customer service via WhatsApp ( +852 5633 2221 ) or email ( cs@tiny.com.hk ) to reschedule for another date.
• 13. In case of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions or other matters, Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
• 14. Tiny Steam Factory reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or suspend or terminate the relevant arrangements at any time without prior notice.
